thats the reason we have continued... one letter (our joint) had our surnames the wrong way round.. mr (my surname) and miss (his surname) had to laugh about it lol. anyway. am stuck with my o/draft with ltsb, they keep increasing it for me to pay me charges!! so i have this HUGE o/d with them now. i am not using my account anymore, and yet they are still taking charges, so on statements all you can see is : chg.. o/draft , chg..interest etc... i have called and discussed the account and they not willing to help. i am really hoping sooooooo much that we win our case, cus if we dont... dont know what to do as my credit scoring so bad (due to ltsb) i cant get any loans to pay them off.
Ooooooooops ive written an essay... sorry xx:eek:
Yea ok so join us because i noticed that replies we are getting are different from people who have claimed last year. We will most probably get the same replies, we can help each other and win together. I guess i'm a bit lucky my o/d is £100 and i don't want any more, i've beein trying real hard since end of last year to stay on the good side of things only just last week did i get another charge for a payment when i told that company there was no money they still went ahead and put it through, i guess its my fault because i should have cancelled the d/d. I added it to my list on the second letter which changes the amount from £2969 to £3004. I can't believe in six years they have charged me this much, yet they make billions each year and they still want to pull a fast one on us who don't know better shame on them.
Essays are fine with me because the more you devulge the better we know your situation and the better people ca give advice.
You what just hang in there you will find away, my mom had bad a few years ago credit but now they are the ones calling her almost everday, you can do.

i just dont know what to do next after receiving the standard letter this morning i cant afford the money to take it to court with mcol im literally on my !!!! and if i send a letter demanding my charges refunded or ill take em to court im still likely to get a standard reply im put off a bit0

Rhan i have sent my second letter threatening to go to court to day i have 14 days to wait not which makes it 31st of may then i will go with MCOL, so you should do the same if you have not sent the second template letter but someon another site is talking about an N1 form from the court itself... so not sure... i think i will do it in person we'll see when and if i get a response in 14 days
Oh is your claim is for £1,000-£5,000 court fees are £120 if less its less than that and you get these back.
I know its hard but just think of what you may get in return much more than what you are paying out, the success rate is so high so far only 1 case which no surprise is LTSB, beginning to think this is not a nice bank0 -

Keep it going well done so it looks like their win isn't doing much for them then.

on a funnier note you may like this
just had LUSH phone call with LTSB - got letter as £16 overdrawing over overdraft - i was soo sooo nice and polite - went through all my details and he said "so your £16 overdrawn are you ringing to make a payment" i went "well actually no im not" he said "oh" i said im ringing to say that once i get the £3393.06 from LTSB i will happily pay back the £16 plus the £255 overdraft. He was lovely after that - i said my friends a solicitor so i dont wish to hear you telling me its not the case i Have judgement 9th may therefore 7 days from that it should be in in my account today and it isnt. he then took all the case details etc and was really nice - told him i know the crack and that banks are taking peee in paying it back to us when there quick to take it out of our account - he ended the call saying so just to clarify you are £16 over your over draft and i said yes thats correct and just to clarify you owe me £3393.06!!! lol oh also clafified they were NOT charging me any further charges and any charges / interest etc had been frozen until further notice!! result
Felt good to do that - they have a cheek
The court date thing is beyond a joke - i would be sooooo       if i was you. dont know how your keeping your cool
