Hi all
Hoping someone can help me on what to do next.
I went to court against Lloydstsb (sechhari, clark + mitchell solicitors) on 2nd may2007. Judgement was awarded in my favour as the defence didnt turn up and the judge says they have 2 weeks to pay.
The 2 weeks is up at the end of today and up to now they havent paid.
I have rung the bank on the charges line and can never get through. It keeps going to please leave a message and then the mailbox is full, then I have also tried to ring the solicitors a few times, and all thay say is they need to pull my file and will ring me back, but they never ring me back.
Has anyone else got to this stage without them paying?
What do I do now, should I ring the courts and instruct them to send the bailiffs. If I do this how long will it be until I get my money (£656.44)
Hoping some one can offer me some advice
Thanks

I received a list today from Lloyds with a few overdraft fees including interest from a time when I did have an overdraft. They haven't sent me all of my statements and the list does not include returned d/d's or anything. They must have charged me thousands over the years yet there is about £100 I could actually claim for on their so called list of charges.
I used the template from this website which I'm sure states all the different types of charges that I want to know about.
Has this happened to anyone else>?
If so, what did you do?
Please help. As I've had probs with a couple of other banks I'm really losing the urge I need to carry on with this!
Hi - We have been claiming on two accounts (one business and one private)with LLoyds TSB since January this year. On Saturday, we received an offer from Lloyds TSB - via Sechiari, Clark and Mitchell - for just over the full amount of the claim for the private account which we have accepted, obviously! We still await to hear about the business account. We applied for online banking for the private account which was really easy to set up and you can download all statements since 16th July 2002. You can actually download statements showing just the charges which makes trawling throught them much easier. If I was you, I would apply for online banking now - you can just call up LLoyds TSB's website and all the instructions will be there and then you won't have to wait while they faff about sending you incomplete information in the hope that it will put you off. Good luck!
Please don't lose the urge to carry on - it's YOUR money that they have been taking from YOUR account without your permission!KNIT YOUR SQUARE TOTALS:

Sent letter on the 8th May 07 and recieved reply to-day !5th May 07. They sound very cheery and concerned in their letter and th
at they are sorry that i have a cause to complain. i have to get intouch if the've misunderstood , if i don't then they will progress and they expect their enquiries to take 4 weeks. If their is a delay they will let me know and that they hope to sort things out!!!!!!!!!
Shall i get in touch???? and what shall i say????????????? they have sent me a document about voicing my concerns and how to resolve a complaint with them.
Is this a standard letter????? i havent seen one like this on this thread.

Another milestone reached
I filed my 2 claims against LTSB yesterday at my local court. 1 -£3614 and 2- £2612. The lady said they will be processed today so I don't know what will happen next. I hope they forget about me (wishful thinking) and I can enter judgement by default

As far as i've read from these threads Lloyds wait for court action in the majority of cases its all part of their stalling tactics,

hi, yes...try not to worry too much, it would take a decision at a higher court, in favour of the banks, to render all our efforts a waste of time. I dont thing this will happen with a correctly argued case, properly heard by a decent judge. But, you never know whose sitting on the board of these banks? : )0
