I got a letter from their solicitors yesterday asking for all the information I had previously provided to LTSB. Contacted them and faxed it through. Phoned this morning to see if there had been any progress, guy at solicitors said they would have to request the file from LTSB to see if they were willing to make me an offer. I asked why they had requested information I had already provided and his answer was that LTSB don't pass this on to the solicitors!!! Makes you smile doesn't it
    Jo

That sums up LTSB it just shows how good they are.....

    Good Luck......

    Hi all,

A couple of questions you folks might be able to help with!

Finally got my allocation questionnaire through today. So:-

    1. Have until 30th May to pay £100... if I pay sooner am I likely to get an earlier court date?

    2. When do they confirm the court date?

    3. Why do I need to pay another £100 when I've already paid £120 court fees?

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks

Thanks i thought it was to good to be true. I have never heard of Lloyds not defending let alone acknowledging a claim.
well they did that to me i filed in court and they had untill 8th of may and gguess what they never even aknowledged it so on the the 9th i filed my judgement so now its a waiting game but i wont wit too long as they only give us 14 days notice then take money so i think we are entitled to do the same 11 days and counting (anyone no of any good baliffs or do i use the courts baliffs) LLOYDS IM COMING TO GET YOU

Just had the standard letter off them today from Andover. The time is up on monday for the 1st 14day letter.

Is it worth sending a 2nd letter as in the first i informed them of court action unless i was given the charges back. Whats the point in giving them more time as this is going against the 1st letter.

You might as well say in the 1st place you give them 28days if this is the case.
