has anyone lost a case against any of the banks/building societies todate .
also i am currently dealing with lloyds tsb over bank charges and have recieved a letter from court today saying that they intend to defend all of the claim that i have against them which is over 2000 pounds with intrest im a little afraid of losing but ive made up in my mind that i am dealing with a business not an individual their for will conduct my self business like with them win or lose

I have 2 accounts with LLyods tsb and i wanna claim of both of them. i was wondering if some one could possabilly tell me if its head office i need to send the letters or my local branch:j

:mad: lloyds put in a defence!! grrr!! my claim is for £1044 including court costs and interest,they had until monday to defend and its just my luck that they did!

Not at the moment !! As far as I can understand Lloyds are the hardest bank to get the money out of aswell !! I've sent them the letter asking them for charges back over 2 current accounts I hold with them had no reply so have sent letter before action letter and given them 14 days which will be up on wednesday next week, then I will be filing my court claims :j

Lloyds have defended my claim today for a meesley £288.00. Their time was up on 13th - Talk about cutting it fine. I Thought I had slipped through the net as at 2.00pm there was still no defence but have just checked and there it is!!!!!!

They have untill Saturday night, they are leaving it late. They definately know i have sent the small claims courts in becuase i have the standard '' i see you have court proceedings against us'' letter.

My dates are all the same as yours but LTSB have entered a defence this afternoon.
I thought I would slip through the net. My claim is only for £288.00 as well.
