  • So (and forgive mr thick Geordie here!) my original claim was for £3,238.50 which is purely charges. When Lloyds don't respond and force me to claim through the courts, am I then allowed to claim that £3,228.50 PLUS the interest which would have gained over the years PLUS the cost of the court charges? Or do I still just have to file the claim for my original amount?

Would be a nice bonus if I can whack on the interest on top! That would teach them to mess us around!

    HI taff

good to know i have your help for a bit longer, i think i will use mcol looks like it has worked for alot of peolpe on here so i will give it a go. going to see what the post brings today and then i think its time to do it abit unsure about it but will get on with it anyway after all it is my money. I bet as soon as i put in my claim i get that letter, so you like this don't you good luck with your credit cards. keep us informed on who you get on with that,:money: :money: :money:

I like this? Yea I bloody love it!!!!

kathykat when your ready to submit online give me a shout on a post or PM me and I have the perfect particulars of claim you can use. I spent forever trying to find the right particulars that would fit into MCOL, as the normal court process gives you more room. It's sharp, snapy to the point and will give Lloyds a difficult defence!

    Rock on kathykat!

    Speak soon

I'm thinking the same may be because I live close to Geordie land. I orginally asked them for my charges back however now that I have filed the claim on MCOL I have requested charges + interest + costs = PI** UP.... if successful!!!

    Good Luck..............

finally had the list of charges from past 6 yrs on other half's account today, tho only 2 days over the 40 day limit so not bad.

have just gone through them all and put into the int calc on this site - £815.01 altogether - and he said he wasn't bothered!!!! think he will be when he realises how much!! AND there's no consistency with the amount of each charge?!?!? charges of £20, £25, £32, £40 what is that all about?!?!?!

and we had y'day chq from a&l refund of charges + court fee - £305

    so keep at it all!!

    will keep posted
