Lloyds had until yesterday to acknowledge my claim, but ive heard nothing.
So I took my request for judgement straight to the court, I called first to make sure nothing was crossing in the post and was told that the court is running 5 days behind, so although i have handed in my request the bank may have already acknowledged and its just not on their system yet. So now i will just have to wait and see.

But at least the end seems to be in sight!

it is getting ridiculous the durations, at end of day what is point in advising everyone of deadlines if there not put into place - i thought the courts where more up todate than moneyclaim - seems moneyclaim are sort of 1 day behind as i filed my judgement early hours today and was told it would have until 4pm to be deemed as sucessful and bank still had till4pm to put in defence - luckily for me i got away with it - good luck

My claim is at the Court stage and the hearing is due on the 13th July but it states in the court letter myself and Lloyds need to submit our evidence by the 18th May.

Will lloyds just not provide this information or settle the claim before the 18th. If not does that mean the court will judge in my favour.

Please help i'm getting a bit scared now as i dont know whether or not to submit my documents to the court.

    Thanks
  • Hi there I am new to this site and need some advice. I sent off my letter and a ten pound postal order to lloyds TSB on the 19th March and have still had no statements. The GMTV website says that I should make a complaint, but I am not sure how to. I have tried phoneing TSB and left messages and still no comeback.

Please if anybody could help me please do

    All the best Andy
