Hello everyone, not sure im in the right place (hope so) in need of moral support have sent off 1st letter to ltsb asking for money back their 14 days is up 2moro and i havnt had any reply from them at all should i send off letter 2 even tho they havent replied to the 1st??? any advice gratefully received x

I sent my first letter and after about a month and no reply, I called them and guess what? The didn't receive it. LIARS. So, I sent another the next day recorded delivery and surprise, surprise they got that one. I received my statements within two weeks.

The lesson? Never send anything unless it is by recorded delivery as they will continue to lie to you otherwise.

Becareful sending recorded delivery, I sent my first letter recorded no problem they received this, the second I sent recorded never arrived and to my amazement the post office told me that recorded is not guarenteed to get there, you should send them guarenteed next day which costs £4.50

The situation keeps changing if you read this thread on some earlier pages you will see that with most they have defended but not shown at court. Some as with Missc last night they didn't even defend one other tells how she went to court and they turned up but still payed out. Your guess is as good as anyone elses but the one fact that you can bank on is that they will delay things as much as possible. LTSB are the worst and I have read many stories on the web about different banks.

Some people are offered £750 and others aren't.

    Good Luck..

well have spoke to moneyclaim who have confirmed that lloyds never contacted them about my claim by todays deadline so judgement defo stands and will show online as confirmed tomorrow as they update over night - was a bit of a scare for a while

they suggested i wait 1 week - as they send info to lloyds and i obviously get copy - then see what happens - no doubt it will be another long trauma trying to get money but they did say if all else fails i can legally send in baliffs :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

If Lloyds send me a letter state'ing that we now see you have issued a court claim against us, we have now passed this onto our solicitors.

Does this mean they have now acknowledged the claim? or
Do i wait untill it say's acknowledged on MCOL?

They have till this Saturday anyway.
