    its all a nightmare - my moneyclaim is still saying "requested" under judgement - said they do them from 10am today so will see how long it takes for issued. wont settle till monies in bank and not expecting it anytime soon to be honest

    everything crossed for ya matey. when have they got until?

    a customer of mine had her claim in from lloyds with moneyclaim and she got judgement this morning as well (they never even acknowledged hers)

    LTSB have until next Wednesday to defend mine - praying they don't, could really do with the money!!!

    a very similar story went into court this morning lloyds had until 8th of may to aknowledge or defend and did neither so i have put my judgement in ans spoke to lady in issues section she told me that i have won by default and they are bound to pay immediatly also i could send the baliffs for about 55 pound is this worth it or will they still drag heals or is it best to write/ring and in anyone experience how long does it take to get cash (3500 not bad hey)

    That's great news..i'm kind of wishing i went straight to local court nowon the grounds it got transfered there anyway it might of saved a bit of time, heres hoping you get your cash SOON:T

    did you get your copy of the judgement there and then? i have heard you can send in the bailiffes but think you have to give them x amount of days to pay up - my friend who works at solicitors said on her friends judgement (to barclays) it said they had to pay up in 4 days?!?!?!?

    really dont know - just dont trust LTSB and expect them to pull some kind of trick.

    also lloyds have to pay the 55quid it costs you to send in bailiff

    mines for 3400 quid

    Also I Won't Be Able To Get This Underway Until Another Two Weeks, Due To Lack Of Funds, Will That Be Ok?
