Well as you know have requested judgement and says on moneyclaim these are issued after 10am - so we'll see
its all strange as i know this isnt me home and dry - sure "they" can request to cancel out the judgement etc saying they need more time so defo NOT counting my chicks pre hatching - always gonna think the worst where Lloyds are concerned.
really dont know what i do next? is it worth posting a whole new thread? will obviously wait until judgement is issued before doing that0 -
Lloyds TSB - Claiming £868 including court cost
Gone through the motions of the 2 initial letters and started court proceeding and was issued at the start of last week with a court date of the 13th July.
It state that the courts will need any supporting documentation from myself and Lloyds to be received by the court no later than the 18th May.
Can anyone tell me if Lloyds will pay up before the 18th May or will they submit there evidence. Also if should i still carry on and supply all me relevant documents regardless.
Finally i received a reply on saturday to my second letter of the 27th February basically saying we still stand by our dicission and we notice you have issued court porceeding.
Comments would be appreciated.

Hi All, 14 Days Are Up Today After Sending Step 4 Template, Threatening To Take It To Court, What Would Be The Next Step Now, Wait A Couple More Days? Or What?
The Other Question I Have Sorry! I Have Opened New Account With Another Bank For Wages Etc, So No Longer Need Ltsb, As All This Is Going On I've Had To Seek Help From Cccs Whom Have Been In Touch With Ltsb To Make Offer Of Payment To Clear My Overdraft, And Now More Charges, If I Get To The Stage Of Getting An Offer For My Bank Charges How Do I Get Them To Pay Direct To Me Via A Cheque? Or As I've Got A Payment Plan With Cccs Will They Just Pay In To Ltsb Account And Get Their Overdraft Back Straight Away?
Great Site, Thanks To Everyone.......0 -

On the MCOL website, it asks how you want your money paid ie one off payment, payment plan. I think it also asks if you want a cheque - have a look on the MCOL website.

Hi
Ok I have finally sat down ad gone through the statement sheets they sent me. These sheets are not the usual statement type that Lloyds issues but plain paper ones that seem to list certain charges on them. I hope they are correct.
I asked on here a while ago about these pages and was advised just to add up the figures as Lloyds had done the picking out of charges for me.
This I have done and I hope it is correct. I am ready to move onto the next stage of writing back to Lloyds and demanding my refunds. BUT what if the amount is wrong because I have added up charges I shouldnt have? I have already been through checking charges but because of the different short codes its become confusing and I did my best but its confused me even more.
I dont want to give it to a company to do as I cant afford to pay them and any money I do reclaim is waiting to pay off debt to make life a little easier.
Can someone tell me if I get 1 shot at this and if the charges I calculated are wrong Lloyds bank wont repay me?
I am desparate to send them off with my request for reimbursment including interest but worried I may have done it wrong!
Can anyone calm my worries?
Thanks0 -

Im off to the court this morning to hand deliver my request for judgement.
Fingers Crossed!!!

Yip and everything else. Reckon going through courts is better than moneyclaim as you will get giving the judgement in your hand- i wish i'd done it that way as with courts they have until 4pm and then you can get judgement with moneyclaim its midnight (therefore i am shattered today) and could have done without stress
got a bit stressed as you read so much on here - people have said that they can get judgement taking off and still defend - luckily i have a friend who has worked in a solicitors for 15 years so rang her to ask the crack, she said they can do this buts said shes just about 100% sure they wont - it will cost too much time and money for the amount it is I.e. not millions.
said they will almost defo apply for a "stay" which she said means i will get a letter through post with a consent form where they will basically acknowledge they never defended in time - agreee to pay monies but ask you to sign a form which bascially means they can get the judgement removed from there company name
shes dealing with claim for a collegue as well and said this is route they took (although that is barclays) so no doubt tsb will put up some kind of fight0
