I use to hold 2 accounts with Lloyds TSB, on the 2nd January I requested that all my accounts with them to be closed due to the very poor service I had received from them.

On the 8th January they tried to process a standing order between the two accounts and I received a letter dated the 15th January saying that they were going to charge me £35 fro the failed Standing Order. I phoned them & explained that the accounts should have been closed, they told me they would do so.

More recently despite my phone calls & my e mails to them, they have started bouncing the standing order again, creating debits on the current account & charging me interest on the overdraft.

I have been into their branch in Moorgate, but they do not reply to my e mails, or my phone calls.
These accounts have been run for the last 4 months without my permission. Surely it must be infringing several laws regarding the illegal management of bank accounts.

Missc, do you have a draft letter I could send to Lloyds reference them not sending all my statements and me claiming for the ones they have sent and requesting the ones they haven't?

    Please and Thank You.

£750 paid into my account today by Lloyds TSB as a 'goodwill refund'.

I was claiming £503 including court fees and interest and it had gone to MCOL stage. Lloyds TSB filed an acknowledgement at the last minute but I received a letter last week saying that they were paying £750 as a 'goodwill gesture'. I thought 'I'll believe it when I see it'.

It was paid in this afternoon!!!!

Thanks to everyone for all their help through this. To those still stuck in the process - DON'T GIVE UP!!!!
