I have a letter to say they are paying that too, not to say its in full I have put claim in for £2562 will now file via mcol

well just checked again and still acknowledged!! - who knows 40 mins to go and im getting sleepy but staying up until 12.01am!!

im now starting to fret i.e am i sure its today the last day (even though i rang moneyclaim who told me i could file at 12.01am if i heard nothing)

worried after goldigger senario - be my luck 11.59 they specifically employ someone to log on to defend my case lol

well still saying acknowledged - trying to issue judgement not letting me at mo - defo can today though (9th) as confirmed with moneyclaim today they had until 8th to defend - dont know if i will have to wait till the morning? anyone know?

According to MCOL after 12.00 you can file for it, go for it. good Luck
