Right have had a letter from Lloyds that says that basically the charges they charged me - £35 - 38.50 everytime i went over my overdraft - were not charges, they were prices 'for the service we provide and therefore they do not owe me any money'.

The next step is court - do I proceed or is there any truth in what they are saying above?

hiya - hows things? apart from the obvious.

has sc and M said they dont have it or is it just cause you went onto royal mails web tracking service?

its all a nightmare - my moneyclaim is still saying "requested" under judgement - said they do them from 10am today so will see how long it takes for issued. wont settle till monies in bank and not expecting it anytime soon to be honest

i think LTSB dont know there !!! from there elbow

I know there are loads of threads on this but I'm getting confused by them all. do i now, go to moneyclaim, fill in court details, (following the template on the help with bank charges thread), pay the money - and then what?

I'm a bit nervous to tell the truth.

    Hi,
my advice is to go back to basics, go back to the original step by step guide (thanks Martin and everyone else who contributed) and proceed calmly and steadily and don't worry! If in doubt check out the success threads and also the consumer action group website. There are templates there for your particulars of claim and all the help you need. Also, if you go to moneyclaim you can start a claim and take your time over it, you don't have to do it all in one sitting. If you ever need help then just pm someone who's done it already. Don't worry and don't rush and take comfort from the fact you aren't on your own (what did the generations before us do without the internet?!)
    Best of luck
