That's great news..i'm kind of wishing i went straight to local court nowon the grounds it got transfered there anyway it might of saved a bit of time, heres hoping you get your cash SOON:T
plot thickens - not out of the woods yet
spoke to moneyclaim - woman said they issue warrants at 4pm (as it says "requested on system at mo) and lloyds have until 4pm today to issue defence!?!?!?! i said but it was yesterday there end date and she said they know but there behind so if they get a defence in before they put our warrant on the system then it'll go to defending - so i would say to defo go through the courts rather than moneyclaim as you get giving your warranty there and then so know where you stand.
so i maybe back joining you and getting court advise!!! will be livid if that happens all cause there running several hours behind0 -

Also I Won't Be Able To Get This Underway Until Another Two Weeks, Due To Lack Of Funds, Will That Be Ok?
Thanks Again To Everyone For A Great Site.
yeah theres no time limit - think it may be in the £120 bracket to file but dont quote me on it.
would recommend going through local court if you have one0 -

Hi,
Missc Im so glad it looks like it's going your way, hope it goes smoothly now!
Ive decided to go through local court with the mil's claim..hope it ends up being a good decision?! I just rung the court, there sending me out an info pack with all the forms I need to fill in ect to get things started. Ive still a question that has gone unanswered a few times and I can't find the answer elsewhere...does anyone know...if it gets to actually going to court...will she have to go? As she is disabled, cannot drive and ive discovered our 'local' small claims court isnt as local as first thought..its 40 miles away. Her daughter (my sister in law) drives but may not be able to get time off work to take her! Same with me really, that and the fact I'd sh@t myself if I had to go to court!!
Helen xlove my little man he is amazing :j0 -

Hi helen, don't know if this is any help but i am claiming on behalf of my hubby and on all contact with local court which is where i am still at waiting for date i have signed everything and in brackets put "on behalf of ......." and haven't had problem with that yet lets face it mr Lloyds TSB won't turn up he'll send a monkey from SCandM. Maybe worth giving court a ring when it gets that far.Jen0 -

NOT YET - will have a look now - was it for a small amount???!
sick of it all - defo recommend courts over moneyclaim for other people.
stress of waiting again for me - as if i didnt have enough of 24 hours of it yesterday - cant see how they always give the defendant benefit over the claimiant - where the innocent party
anyway 1 and half hours to go - see what happens eh0 -

Welcome sam to the forum, yep you may as well send 2nd letter now not that they'll respond to that either and keep to the time scales. Its a long process with Lloyds and 99.9% needs to go to court for your cash. Remember to keep a copy of everything you recieve and send as evidence for your court bundle. I'm not trying to scare monger you just being honest but don't worry theres loads of us in same situation here so will be happy to help:pJen0
