Ive just phoned the court to see if lloyds have acknowledged yet and THEY HAVENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice lady said i can request judgement tomorrow!!!!
Hope im not going to be crushed if they do it at the last minute!

    Hope yours dont too!

Maybe lloyds are getting so bogged down with all the refund requests and dragging it out as long as possible that the solicitors cant cope and some of us are falling through their net!

Sorry to be tell you bad news but I was told they have until midnight. I hope I'm wrong as I'm looking forward to a party on the Quayside.....

Yes i think you are right, but what i meant was that although they have until midnight i dont think bank/solicitor would enter defence after working hours. But then again i wouldnt bet my life on it.

    We can all hope!

    Hi

I sent first letter to LLoyds TSB. After waiting for a month, I contacted them and they denied receiving anything. Liars. I sent another by recorded delivery. I received a list of charges on Friday going back to 1 November 2001.They said I can request further statements if I like but this will take longer to retrieve from the archives....how far back (month and year) are they obliged to send me?

    thanks

I think they are obliged to send 6 years so that would be back to May 2001 so you have about 6 month missing!
Other banks seem to be able to provide 6 years with no problem i dont understand it!
I got mine on online banking but only the last 5 1/2 years. But my account was dormant before then so im not bothered.
You should ring them and ask for the missing 6 months or start your claim and add the rest on later when you get the missing ones.

Thanks a lot! I will start claiming now and get the othere six months later.

I have another question in another thread re charges...my statement arrived with a list of charges but not how much the charges were!!! Should I just call and ask them to explain..?

Thank you for your letter dated 30th march i am sorry that you,ve not been happy with our response so far.
i am unable to add to our last letter because our points were made.
We see from our records that you have already issued a court claim for payment of theses fees and that our solicitors are dealing with this. Apart from explaining our position theres nothing more i can do to help you at this stage.
Thank you once again for taking the time to raise your concerns with us.

I have had this letter also, but on MCOL its still doesn't say they the have acknowleged the court claim or they are defending it. They have got till the 12th though.

Hi I'm helping a friend reclaiming charges of £3495 back from YB. We posted the letter requesting £3495 back 3 1/2 weeks ago and have had no response. Do we now send a letter demanding £3495 plus interest or go straight to the Court option? Thanks
I wished the buck stopped here as I could use a few!

Lloyds TSB - Claiming £868 including court cost

Gone through the motions of the 2 initial letters and started court proceeding and was issued at the start of last week with a court date of the 13th July.

It state that the courts will need any supporting documentation from myself and Lloyds to be received by the court no later than the 18th May.

Can anyone tell me if Lloyds will pay up before the 18th May or will they submit there evidence. Also if should i still carry on and supply all me relevant documents regardless.

Finally i received a reply on saturday to my second letter of the 27th February basically saying we still stand by our dicission and we notice you have issued court porceeding.

    Comments would be appreciated.
