Hi there to all, I have just been filling in the forms on mcol, ?when it ask you (DOES OR WILL YOUR CLAIM INCLUDE ANY ISSUES UNDER THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT), what do i say YES or NO? Also i would like to say good luck to everyone because the way lloyds are playing we may just need it. They have till thrusday then i will be putting my claim to the courts

No under the human rights act.

Look under the success stories on Friday and you will see my lengthy battle with Lloyds.

    Good Luck with your claim.

    Taff ;)

    I know what you mean.

Keep optimistic, as you probably noticed Lloyds take the longest to settle.

Luckily my claim didn't go on as long as others. Started 05/02/07 now just waiting on the funds to be put into my a/c  so just over 3 months.

If you need any help at all, let me know ;)

Don't you like the way they are always keeping you waiting, they take the money we owe them as soon as they like and we have to wait. That is lovely of them, sometime think it would be nice to get to the bailifes so i can go and take my money when i like.;)

Well as per my normal upate - still not defended at moneyclaim and they have until today to do you (whats the betting they will - as lloyds are known for putting in defence on last day)

however 1 ? for you lot - do you think they will be given an extra day by moneyclaim as it was bank holiday yesterday?

Has anyone had the £750 offer in the last week or so, I'm waiting for them to file a defence which I know they will do on the last day.
