    Amount claimed: £3200.00

Hi, can anyone give me some advice? I filed a claim online for TSB for £3,200, they have now filed a defence and i am waiting for a hearing date. Thing is, on Friday i received a letter dated 23rd April from the TSB replying to my 7-day threatening Court action letter, which i sent at the beginning of March!!!! - hence the court claim, and they offered me a measley 750.00 as a gesture of goodwill and said that they would credit it to my account within 7-10 working days. I have just checked my account and they have put it in  without me even accepting it or anything. SUrely they cant do that in the middle of a court claim without me officially accepting it?
I dont know what to do now, will it affect my claim? I am definitely not accepting that after taking it all to Court.
    Please help

don't worry just carry on with claim

    Lloyds Tsb
Amount Claiming: £2224.23(includes interest) + Court costs

Received AQ form last week and I have until 14th May to return it with £100 fee. Not sure what to put in the experts and witnesses section and should I put anything in other info section  could anyone please give me some advice on this?
I am going to wait til last minute return it as I'm hoping that they may pay up before, don't really want to fork out another £100 if I can help it!

My partner had success with HSBC without going to court he claimed back £1252 :rotfl: after sending the 1st 2 letters and giving cust service a bit of hassle. Why do Lloyds TSB make it so hard as I'm sure they will pay out in the end.
u dont need experts or witnesses so leave them empty.id pay the money n add it 2 ur claim.wudnt wait cos lloyds hope people give up.good luck.im on same road wit same bank n they'll prob settle on court steps.

I am claiming from lloyds tsb.
I filed direct with the court in April, my papers were deemed served on 21st of April, lloyds have until tomorrow ( 8th May) to acknowledge. As yet they havent. So my question is can I file for judgement my default tomorrow morning or do i have to wait until Wednesday ?
I thought they had 14 days from the served date but with the date on the court letter it adds up to 17 days that they have had, probably because of the Bank Holiday.

    Any Help? Thanks !

Have just received letter from mcol saying Lloyds have entered a defence. I am claiming for £1600 incl interest. Lloyds seem to be waiting until the last moment to crack but its so scary. I have nearly given up so many times. I am worried that if i go to court will i have to pay their court fees.. Can't afford to do that at all. Does anyone have any advice about that? :o

i think its only if you claim £5,000+ that you may be stuck with their court fees
    Jo
    Bank Charges - MCOL – LTSB Current Account £4,603.92 / Settled £5,680.76 /Financial Ombudsman – LTSB £11,715.84
    PPI - Debenhams / Settled - £2243.20
    We're in the money!!!:T

    Hiya,

I am in exactly the same position as you with LTSB. The notification from the Ct says they have until 13th May, which is of course a Sunday so can I file for Judgement at 1 minute past midnight on 13th or do I have to wait until 1 minute past midnight going into 14th?

    Please advise.

    Thank you
