Well as per my normal upate - still not defended at moneyclaim and they have until today to do you (whats the betting they will - as lloyds are known for putting in defence on last day)
however 1 ? for you lot - do you think they will be given an extra day by moneyclaim as it was bank holiday yesterday?
Hi missc
I am waiting to see if lloyds have acknowledged my claim, thier time runs out today, not heard a thing. I will ring the court when they open at 10am to find out if anything has happened ( dont want any crossovers in the post)
fingers crossed for yours!

i iknow its the only way that you can get money "quicker" if you are one of the lucky ones to slip through the net
its a nightmare logging onto that moneyclaim site and waiting while it loads the page up to see if it has been acknowledged or defended. so frustrating this waiting game.
not holding my breath for them to "miss me" out sure i'll see the word "defended" at somepoint today
may ring moneyclaim as well to check actual date with it being a bank holiday they may give them an extra day
fingers, toes, arms etc all crossed for us0 -
Not totally sure and dont want to get your hope up but i think they only get an extra day if the date ( by which they have to enter a defence) actually falls on a weekend or Bank holiday!
Im getting excited now about the thought of entering a judgement by default!
Good luck0 -

cheers for that - gonna just try and not log on until days out as its driving me insane lol
another silly question - do they just have until 5pm / 6pm to defend or could it go on the system at 10pm??
im obsessed!! know they'll defend so feel they are giving me false hope as lloyds are known for defending on last day - however you new know do you0 -
The Judges are dispensing with AQ's because its quicker to run the claims without them -havent heard anymore from Court as my claim is before the judge for his opinion of how all these cases should run0

Ive just been on CAG chat room to ask the same about mine! they have said they have until 4 or 4.30pm ( when court office hours end) I dont know if its different on MCOL.
Im sure ive seen somewhere that on MCOL you can enter judgement at just after midnight so it may be a late night for you. Have a look at post 13 in the reclaim help thread it may be in there.
Will have to wait and see!

But even if you have to wait until midnight i dont think they will enter a defence after normal working hours so if no defence by 5/5.30pm there probably wont be one.

cheers for that will do.
its driving me insane - not knowing whether to log onto moneyclaim or not - wish if they are defending they would just do it at the beginning instead of giving false hope - lol
its sooooo stupid its almost like i want to see "defend" and then at least i can get on with it!!0 -
Hi
I sent first letter to LLoyds TSB. After waiting for a month, I contacted them and they denied receiving anything. Liars. I sent another by recorded delivery. I received a list of charges on Friday going back to 1 November 2001.They said I can request further statements if I like but this will take longer to retrieve from the archives....how far back (month and year) are they obliged to send me?
thanks0 -
