Morning all......i haven't been offered £750 yet either, think if i get my day in court i shall have to use it against lloyds...also i will ring court today cause its 4 weeks since defence and still no court date

If they can't give you a court date can you ask to be transfered to another court.

just posted it two quotes up, but as its already gone to judge i wouldn't like to say about another court besides they'd be miles away

Right i'm back...have phoned court and it went to the judge on 25th april and i will hear in within 2 weeks, i asked if this was for an AQ or court date and told court date so thats a bonus (no more stalling tactics) however the court are short on judges and they have A LOT a claims (no surprise there then). So all i can do is sit back and wait for date. Q uick question i have noticed a lot of people voting on wether their account is closed on not at the top of this thread but no sucess stories "whats that all about" surely we don't know til its dun and dusted?????

you should hear soon Jen, a couple of folk on other threads and CAG said once it goes to Judge then you get a date back pretty quick. however for what month or year date will be is another thing :rotfl: (as we well know)

wonder if they'll wait till last day to defend mine? hope the toon court aint too busy

how do you know which court it will go to - saying as ive never been to court i have no idea where my local one is? assuming it newcastle?!?!?

    Hi sharon

I even put in my court bundle that i sent to court " yours faithfully Mrs jen etc. claiming on behalf of" like i'm a little solicitor LOL:p

Missc, I think there is a court in Gateshead and in Newcastle but if you check out the link below it will tell you exactly.

served lloyds with mcol, 14 days was due to expire this mon (7th)
they acknowledged it yesterday so was worried they'd defend
got letter this morning offering £750 settlement
dont quite feel like its a big victory as it seems to be their standard offer but our claim was for just over £800 and our baby is now 6 days overdue so it is great outcome for us saving us lots of worrying and effort.
just have to see now if they pay within the 10 days

lol - soooo funny but sooo true - it is our lifes. I spend most of my paid working day on here - i mean its a good job my pc has its back to the door so i can see whos coming in and out otherwise i reckon i could have been sacked several years ago lol - then again i always hit my sales targets (luckily)

i thought it would all be done and dusted in 3 months max (when i first came on this site it was about 3 months start to finish - worst case senario) however since ive started my claim it seems to have more than doubled time span - off to Greece 9th Sep and was hoping to have money through so i could stay in lush hotels (as im island hopping) rather than 1/2star studio apartment!! LOL hey ho such is life - guess when ever it arrives would be good
