just read on front page on this forum someone who has just got her court date of 31st of May - so gives you lot some hope as previous couple of people i'd read getting dates through were for Sep - it obviously depends on your court - size of it and how busy it is.

good luck everyone hope your dates come through soon and are close rather than miles off

I rang the Lloyds 24 hour helpline today to request the Copy statement Unit telephone number. The guy I spoke to was really defensive (which I expected). He gave me a rubbish number.

Would you be able to give me the number that you used. I am also having difficulties and they have had more than the 40 days. I will try one phone call and then on to the Information Commissioner.
    THANKS

Hi DebbieJ - I'm really sorry I didn't respond to your thread sooner. I haven't been able to get onto the internet so much lately. I contacted the Registered Office in London on 0207 626 1500 and got through to reception. I then asked to be transferred to the Copy Statement Unit. The receptionist gave me this number - 0121 633 5411 - and tried to put me through. It just went to a dead line so I hung up and rang the registered office number again. I got through to the same receptionist and then she diverted me, but didn't tell me who to. But, the lady I got through to (Vicky) was brill. She was ace to talk to and told me to go for it with the claim. Unfotunately, I still haven't had my other statements that were missing. I'll give it another couple of days and then put in a claim with MCOL for the charges I've got evidence of so far (or might go to my branch and tell them I've paid my tenner so want the info off them).

Just got to keep on going with it...
