Obviously it's in my interests to get the £750 from them as that is more than I claimed in the first place.

I don't want my current MCOL case to jeopardise the £750 payment.

im not too sure as ive never had that letter or amount offered (seem to be the only one!! lol)

loads of other folks on this thread have had the £750 and im sure they will advise you

no idea - im quite jealous cause i could do with a £750 part payment at the moment - would pay for a nice holiday until the rest of the cash came through!!

i had a payment of £750 the day i got the letter i went the bank and it was in.

Morning all......i haven't been offered £750 yet either, think if i get my day in court i shall have to use it against lloyds...also i will ring court today cause its 4 weeks since defence and still no court date

Jen1972 - let me know how you do with the court coz Im just a little bit behind you - only 3 weeks since I was transferred to my local court and heard nothing!

I will do....i've crazed the court since it was transfered to them but this £750 thing although very nice how is lloyds deciding who them give it to and who not cause i haven't done anything different to anyone else

Seeing that our claim is for a bit more than £400, an offer of £750 would be appreciated, LOL!

Right i'm back...have phoned court and it went to the judge on 25th april and i will hear in within 2 weeks, i asked if this was for an AQ or court date and told court date so thats a bonus (no more stalling tactics) however the court are short on judges and they have A LOT a claims (no surprise there then). So all i can do is sit back and wait for date. Q uick question i have noticed a lot of people voting on wether their account is closed on not at the top of this thread but no sucess stories "whats that all about" surely we don't know til its dun and dusted?????

At what stage in the process were you at when they offered the £750.
