otherwise i can only suggest just hounding the bank sending letters ringing etc - see if you get anywhere or i know its not my place to say but you could see if theres anyone you can borrow it off
i was lucky my mums loaned me it and i just have to pay it back once money comes through otherwise i would have been in your situ - it is a pain0 -
