I'm having to claim at MCOL for £1461.75 - and it looks like I have to pay £120 up front?!?! I haven't got that kind of cash!
i know its a nightmare but its the money way you can claim - you will eventually get that back with all your money once you have "won" he case

if you are on benefits it free of charge.

otherwise i can only suggest just hounding the bank sending letters ringing etc - see if you get anywhere or i know its not my place to say but you could see if theres anyone you can borrow it off

i was lucky my mums loaned me it and i just have to pay it back once money comes through otherwise i would have been in your situ - it is a pain
