Hi, not sure that anyone will have the answer to this one, but here goes....
I have two claims going with LLoyds TSB and they will not refer to my letters by Account details only claim numbers. I have tried to contact them to link the case no to relevant account but typically have got nowhere. Should I/can merge both claims into one for the court process? This is my next step and this is the only problem preventing me from carrying on the process.0 -

I'd do them separately if it's easier for you.
MCOL will generate a new claim number for each claim and then it won't matter if Lloyds call them Fifi and Tallulah!! Their claim number will be so insignificant.0 -
I will proceed this very minute...Thankyou.0

I have been waiting since the 26th of February for my statements from Cydesdale Bank. I had the same letter but nothing since. I have proceeded with a claim using the bank statements/letters I could find at home - it still came to over £2000. Of course they have rejected my claim....but that's another story.0
