    Hi

LLoyds TSB also acknowledged our claim for nearly £8000 inc interest:eek:
on 19th April. They must have had a mass "acknowledging day"and done them altogether. Wonder if they will have a mass paying up day too....mmm can't see it though.

yeah think your right - bet we all get defences put in at the same time

its the longest senario ever this claim back charges - think we have all been about 2 months too late - i know loads of people who started in nov/dec last year and got there money through within 2/3 months - think banks now have so much back log after it being on tv etc that we have been caught up in it.
glad i put my claim in when i did.

    good luck we'lll beat them

    Hi

I've received £750 from my bank. They have said it is full and final settlement but I'm not happy with that so have written to them to say so. However the money was credited to my account today - what do I do. I said in my letter that I would accept it a partial payment only ad I am willing to persue for the rest - so now do I just hold tight and wait? Help! Thankyou
