Hi Lloyds defended my claim on the 12th April, I filed the defence at the end of March. If I heard nothing else since have I won?
go onto moneyclaim web site and if it lets you file for a judgement then you have won.
maybe that they havea few days left - date you filed (say it was the 29th march) you add on 5 days, then a further 14 and then a further 14 once they defend - see where that brings you date wise and if the date has passed then go for the judgement and you've won - however thats just the start - they seem to then be a further nightmare in giving the money - however see how you get on0 -

Missc is exact right with the comments, if they failed to put in their defence and you have won the next step would be Bailiffs at an extra cost of £55 which LlTSB would have to pay as well.
Happy days ahead, I hope for you...0 -
I too have recieved a letter saying they are defending all the claim. I am getting worrid now as I dont want to miss doing something and then loosing as i have paid £80 to go to court. I put the claim through on the 04/04 they have till the 07/05. Is there any forms I need to complete or do i just wait?0

hey missc how is your claim going as i have read a few of your posts and we are at about the same stage with lloyds0 -
thanks for that,
it all boils down to the (mis)conception that banks cannot be wrong or misguiding. when it comes to information they give us. When thinking about it rationally, it is not the customers problem that the banks have not hired enough staff to handle claims, therefore I will take your advice and report them.0 -
Where do you get the Court Allocation Questionnaire?0

i think they are supposed to send you one with the court docs?Maxxd.com - Maxxd.co.uk - Maxxd.org - Maxxd.net - Maxxd.info - Maxxdirectory.com :money:0

Hiya
Im just playing the waiting game - they acknowledge claim and have until next Mon/Tues to defend it. Lloyds are a complete nightmare, reading loads on here and CAG and they just make everything v difficult - so getting this money back will make it all the sweeter.
had massive row with them on phone on sat morning (so no doubt they will inform solicitors and defence will be filed with immediate effect lol) have O.D. of £265 - im over drawing by £313 (i.e. £50 over limit) i refuse to pay money in as its all charges as reason im overdrawn - so was explaining to the women i wont be paying money in until they give me back the £2607 they have illegal taken from me!! she was having none of it saying they will clos emy account and take me to court :j great - just try!!!
Think loads of folk are getting calls from there "collections dept" of late - funny isnt it how once over when you went overdrawn by £50 over O.D they used to just hammer the charges on!! - they have halted all charges at the moment on mine but no idea for how long - as much as it'll kill me may pay in the £50 so it looks good on my behalf if it gets to court
So in answer to your ? im just waiting around for there next move
Whats your latest0 -
I rang the Lloyds 24 hour helpline today to request the Copy statement Unit telephone number. The guy I spoke to was really defensive (which I expected). He gave me a rubbish number.
Would you be able to give me the number that you used. I am also having difficulties and they have had more than the 40 days. I will try one phone call and then on to the Information Commissioner.
THANKS0 -

Because they put in a defence I can not go any further with this claim online.
I've heard nothing more from lloyds or their solicitors, not sure what to do next!!0
