I sent my court papers to the wrong dept would this matter??

    I sent it too:

    Lloyds Bank
    10 swallow street
    birmingham
    B1 2AL

Should i of sent it to the london HO?

Under normal circumstances, they would forward it to the right dept.

But as these are in regards takiing money from them, it will probably get pushed to the side!

Send them again to be safe!

they are so annoying

well my hope is they "forget" to put in a defence - but even then although you win by default the stories im hearing of people then trying to get there money is a nightmare.

"they" are the worst bank of the lot - halifax, hsbc and first direct all seem to settle pre court - if you look on sucess stories theres hardly any on "these idiots" there few and far between (not cause folk aint gettin there money back but cause there dragging it as long as possible)

mid jan is beyond belive - what date did you file with moneyclaim?

i must admit i took it upon myself to send stuff to court and solicitors to try and speed things up a little and i keep ringing local court each week to find out whats happening and to check they recieved bundle even though i sent recorded delivery. their defence was we didn't state sort code and account number on mcol but then this saturday got letter from lloyds to say they still weren't refunding but could see from their records that it was in their solicitors hands. so its a waiting game
