    Hi,
    did they pay within the 10 working days? how long did it take as I am supposed the be gettinhg 750 into my account within 10 working days but it is now on day 12 and no show!!

    If LTSB don't lodge a defence, how long does it take to get the money back?

    I'm going to contact watchdog about LTSB, I have had enough. I have filed court action on 28-04-07 and I have had enough of this bulls***, they keep sending people.

    go for it, that might be what it takes to get LTSB to get their finger out!!!

    Can anyone help please.

    Lloyds put their defence in on 19th April but can anyone tell me how long they have to decide what they are going to do next ie take to court or pay up

    Any help really appreciated:cool:

    i have just checked MCOL and the b******s have defended
    in answer to your question you now have to wait to hear from the court
    with a court date

    They now have a further 14 days to prepare their defence and then the court will give you a court date.

    They defended one of mine two weeks ago I have heard nothing from anyone since :mad:
