    Hi All
LTSB's time runs out to lodge a defence on Wednesday - I've claimed £4,603 so praying they won't and I am in the money!!! Can't believe the arrogance of them, they have only sent me statements for 3 years for current account, nil for other 3 accounts. have written in request letter that if 3 years worth is £2,241 then will assume 6 years is £4,481 (court charge to be added on). Once this one is settled, will file claim for further 3 accounts. Have already sent letters re other 3 to TSB with estimates (totalling £8,500) as they haven't answered but time has run out - just can't afford to file for all 4 at same time.

    Wish me luck!!!

    Good Luck,

I have filed with MCOL yesterday but still have another 2 accounts to check on yet and I know that they both have had charges. Going to do them for as much as I can, if they had been more reasonable then I probably would have only tried for one account.

Let us know how it goes...

Lloyds have put in a defence to my claim stating that they wish to defend all of my claim for £1220 inc int and court charge. That was a week ago, any ideas on what will happen next? Do i just have to wait for a court date?
    Thanks

You need to prepare your defence, have a look at the CAG website, there is a court bundle on here to help you.
They have another 14 days from filing the defence to prepare this and then you will receive a court date, but any questions call either MCOL help desk or the court were you filed the claim, they will all help.

    Good Luck....

Hi, I sent letter 1 to YOB and received a reply saying they had accepted my 10 quid and were processing my application. I have since received a letter from Clydesdale Bank saying that due to the overwhelming amount of applications, they could not provide my statements etc within in the time period. They asked me to be patient and they would supply when they could or I could report them to the banking ombudsman????
My question is whether this is a stalling method by the bank or is it genuine? I tend to think that they have in deed been inundated with requests and this may well be genuine.
regards and thanks in advance for replys

It's probably genuine they are inundated, but they should still be able to respond within the timeframe. They have vast resources available, so I would still report them to the commissioner.

Hi Lloyds defended my claim on the 12th April, I filed the defence at the end of March. If I heard nothing else since have I won?
