I've asked this on the MCOL thread but have had no responses - can anyone help?

Lloyds TSB acknowledged my claim, but then didn't defend it (I think they forgot, judging by everyone elses experience) - so on 17/04 I requested a judgement, which was issued on the 18th. How do I now go about getting my money? Do I wait until another amount of time is left and then issue a warrant? Do I try and contact them - if so do I phone their call centre or the solicitors who acknowledged the claim (and if it's the latter does anyone have contact details for them?).

Please help, I'm so close, but it still seems so far away!

Thanks - that shows how but not when to start, or whether you're best to try something in the meantime (although sending the baliffs in would be excellent - especially since it's at my branch not the HO!)

Other than that I would call the centre tell them you have a judgement and you want paying asap, they will probably tell you to send or fax a copy to them - dont forget to mention Bailiffs and newspapers of course ;)

onle give them 5 or 7 days on letter before court as you will get either ignored or a standard reply anyway (everyone does) so limit the time to them which then limits time for doing moneyclaim (belive me it will get to that)

i filed on 4th april, the acknowledged on the 20th and im now playing witing game - there a bunch of tw*ts -

I am currently trying to reclaim charges from a Lloyds current account and a credit card account.

I am further ahead with the credit card account, and they have made an offer, which I intend to accept as a partial payment. Should I accept this then file a claim with the court or wait for another response?

I have only just recieved statements for my current account, so should I claim the whole lot together? Or can I claim from Lloyds again for my current account, after I have claimed on my credit card account?

    Thanks
