Hi, You all seem to have been dealing with Lloydstsb, so i wondered could i please have some advice... I'm starting to panic and worry that i haven't done something right... I done a money claim on line with Lloydstsb and they put in a defence so it was passed to my local court, they sent me an allocation questionnaire which i filled in and sent back to my court. I then recieved a letter saying that the hearing will take place on 6th June and that each party shall deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents (including any experts report) on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than 14 day's before the hearing. Can anyone explain what this is all about? Should i have sent anything to the court other than just the allocation questionnaire?0

do you think i should the next letter0

onle give them 5 or 7 days on letter before court as you will get either ignored or a standard reply anyway (everyone does) so limit the time to them which then limits time for doing moneyclaim (belive me it will get to that)
i filed on 4th april, the acknowledged on the 20th and im now playing witing game - there a bunch of tw*ts -
missc,
I would not advise narrowing the timescale to 5 or 7 days. When you and I sent the LBA it was 7days, however recently the time has changed to 14 days to allow reasonable time to respond. Albeit they won't reply to the letter!
Good luck with your claim.

Hi breedsey,
This what they call a court bundle. Sounds daunting... but you have to prepare for the unexpected , if you have a look at the below links to the Consumer Action Group website all templates, info etc will be available for you to use.

Don't worry it won't go that far, however you must be ready.
Good Luck

Hi, I am so fed up with Lloyds and have decided to claim my charges back but am worried that they will ask for my consolidated loan with them to be repaid? Can anyone advise.
Don't worry about your loan, it's a seperate agreement.

I would be very wary of cutting the timescale down to less than a week. Bearing in mind that the postal service is less than perfect, this could be seen as being unreasonable should the matter go further.
Although the banks are annoying (and Lloyds TSB seems to be the worst of the lot), we don't want to make things uglier than they are and we want to maintain an element of working relationship with them as we need to keep our accounts.I am a Travel Agent My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are E7760/3970. I am trying to claim back £3840 from the bank, yesterday I received a letter from the bank offering me £750.00 only which I am not going to accept, the problem is the letter was dated the 10th April and it states that the money will be in my account within 10 days, I have checked this morning and nothing has gone in, but I do not know now what to do or which letter to send back to the bank stating that I am not willing to accept the amount that they offered me.
Please Help
