I started my MCOL case against Lloyds on 17 April. It was issued on 18 April but the status hasn't changed since then. When will the claim be served? Have I been forgotten?

About to start court proceedings as Lloyds TSB are refusing to pay up (charges of £1009) but I just wanted to check something before I do. All my charges have been between £8 and £15 over the last 6 years which add up to the £1009. I keep reading how people have been charged around £35 a time, so just want to make sure my claim is still valid before I take it any further - I hope so! Any words of confirmation that I should keep going would be much appreciated! Thanks

    Hi echads

The £8 fee -is this the account fee - if so you won't be able to charge this as this is a standard charge that LLoydsTSB charge for their accounts. This is taken on approximately the same date each month. Just check what the charge is described as.
