i helped my nephew claim from the TSB, they tried to fob him off but i told him to hang in there. he was claiming just over £500. He told them he would proceed through the courts, then TSB finally settled B4 hand. The whole process took just under 2 months. Dont give up and good luck

After successfully getting my own charges back from Halifax, I am about to sort out my brother's Yorkshire bank account. Is it just charges i can claim back for him, or his £8 daily overdraft fees too that were added on and caused him to get into a mess a few years back. All help appriated.

Yorkshire are a hard nut to crack but read through the YB thread and you might pick up some tips. My claim against YB has currently been passed to a district judge as YB asked for it to be struck off. Good Luck
