i have a loan for £2700 left with them and i want to claim my charges back, i'm somewhat resisting chasing the charges in case they try to close my graduate account and call my loan in.
basically......how likely are they to shut my graduate account down?
thanks

Did you use the standard Data Request or did you just write a letter asking for a list of your bank charges?0

This is a new one on me. My husband sent the claim to Lloyds a week ago, and it's just been returned - opened, so they knew what it was - with a royal mail sticker on the front saying 'addressee has gone away'. What???
The address we used was the Swallow House, PO Box 139 one. ANyone else had this happen?

Use the addresses posted in THIS THREAD. Send all your letters recorded/registered delivery so they have to sign for them. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

My friend got a reply from the prelim letter yesterday (which was only sent tuesday last week) saying were not paying and if you take us to court we will counterclaim for "breach of contract"
Do you think this might be a scare tactic or should he be worried?
TIA

Hey everyone
Claiming - Lloyds
Claim for - £700
I have sent the letters out, put the claim in through the money claim website. The bank had up until the end of this week to get back to me, now have received court letter stating the bank wants 28 more days to look into for a defence... Has this happened to you aswell and still succeeded in your claim? Or is it likely will need to attend court and defend myself for the charges?
Any advice much appreicated.
(Ps:- Any LLoyds success stories?)
Thanks

Yes, this is common. If they submit a full defence, you will need to complete an allocation questionnaire. Come back here when/if this happens.0
