    Just to let you all know I have tried to claim and they said no! I knew I had some more charges coming so waited for them before sending a second letter, 2 months has passed and I have gone £4 over and they have still charged me £30 (I only went £4 over cos of there charges!!!) anyway I have to go back and amend my previous table as the interest has gone up! so if you have left it like me then remember to change the table!

    My sons statements have arrived today.Lloyds have done us proud.They sent a list of charges,not hundreds of statements and the letter that came with them sounds almost as if Lloyds are defeated."you may wish to proceed with your claim" etc.
    Now what can I claim for .Not the acc charges ie the charge for having the acc.I supose but I can claim back all overdraft charges dd charges etc.I am searching this site for what I can claim but I get lost.Can someone point me in the right direction please.

    taffyfella - typical lloyds

    i dont understand why thye let nearly every case over a grand go to court - its only costing them more money as i'd say 99% of us would settle for payment without interest - but look at it this way - couple more weeks but at least you will then get the interest as well

    9th april then im filing the courts on the 10th

    good luck

    It is typical :rolleyes:

    Good luck too and keep me posted

    The way they have set it out is;
    date type descrpn cr/dr balance
    02/12/2002 fee o/draft interest 0.11 dr
    anyone know if this is the charge they took or if its the amount that is the acc balance as that colume is empty all the way through.

    Hi,
    I have finally got my statements from TSB, they left it to the last minute. I am wondering if any can help, can I claim back the overdraft interest.

    dont think you can claim "overdraft interest" but can claim for bounced direct debits, bounced standing orders, charges they charged you for going over your overdraft (normally these charges are as standard between £20.00 and £35.00 depending on what year the charges were applied)

    Can someone please clarify for me what I can claim as I dont want to make a mess of things.Also what is the right address to send the next letter to.There are so many on here I'm not sure which to send the "give me my money back,this is how much you owe me " letter.If I can claim o/draft interest.o/draft excess fee.unpaid dd,unpaid s/o,then the amount I'm claiming is £604.23.£753.11 with interest.
