  • Further to my post of 21st March on 22nd March I received all my statements for the last 6 years. I paid £10 for this and it cost the bank £12.42 to post them back to me!!

Anyway have sent off the letter asking for my charges back plus interest. Sent recorded delivery 23rd March and signed for at the bank on 26th March. Will keep you posted on what happens next as they have only 13 days left to respond!!

Sent letter to Lloyds in Novemeber, after taking weeks got the generic fobbing off letter they seem to send everybody. Sent letter stating intention of legal action, no reply... Issued online court claim for circa £5300 + interest on 2/3/7, they stated intention to defend on 13/3/7...
Today my online court progress report tells me:

    Defence

You are unable to take any further action online on this claim.

The Defendant disputes the whole amount you have claimed. Your claim cannot proceed online and will be transferred to the appropriate court for continuation. You will receive confirmation to where the claim has been transferred to shortly.

For further information, please visit the Tutorial for Money Claim Online or contact the Customer Help Desk.

Is this the !!!!!!!s just playing for time again? I have heard absolutely nothing back from Lloyds at all, no offer of token payment, nowt and they are still stinging me with these crippling charges.
Does anybody know what will happen from hereon?? Obviously I have all my statements (i.e. proof of these charges)

I have just checked and have same response on mcol , what does this mean ?

    looking for help

Sorry for asking possibly a stupid question but how do some of your charges add up to £800 to over £1000? I've not been hit with that much I dont think what things do they charge you for that you can reclaim?
    many thanks in advance
