    Hi,
    Yes I have had the information posted by asbokid for around two months and I have passed it on to people by pm or when I spoke to them on the phone. One or two of us also contacted Heart directly It is very difficult to get info "Client Confidentiality" and all that Jazz!!
    I don't really think there has been a serious amount of positive support for Red Star I think we have all been quite negative! Having said that when something positive happens it important that is also recorded. I know of several people who have not had their money back, and have subsequently taken further action (myself included). Action I might add that is currently still active and being processed. Whilst waiting for police, consumer protection and other agencies to sort things out some of us did some scouting ourselves which has resulted in recent changes in organising refunds at RSI. I have now had several PHONE CALLS (Not emails) from Warren, the guy now processing the repayments, I am confident that he is doing what he can to sort things out for all of us as soon as possible. Please remember this all happened 4 days ago, so give the guy a chance to make good on his promise. I know it's been months (26th Nov 2010 for me) but at least now we have evidence of some monies paid. And we have access to a Name Address and Telephone number that gives us solid information to work with.
    Being the person who found this information out, along with Les (hull), I can guarantee its authenticity. It took nearly six weeks to track this new information down, but with daily phone calls between Les and I to share the information we had managed to access, We finally found out what we needed to move things forward for everyone (I guess we both feel like we didn’t get a lot of help from the rest of you guys, even though we had asked on the forum for others to join with us in our actions)
    So my advice to all the ones still awaiting payments is......

    Fill in the form, get the phone call and take it from there. Bottom line, the proof is in results, which I hope people will post as I've said before "GOOD and BAD". I think those of us still waiting for money, of which I am one need as much info as possible.
    To be transparent I live in Shropshire and those of you who did contact me (when I suggested we all got together weeks ago) already have access to my details and telephone number, If anyone else wants to know more please feel free to PM me and I will respond accordingly.

    Please those owed money keep reporting Good info or bad info so genuine claiments are keep informed with up to date info.

    Asbokid - if you look back through this thread you'll see I was doubting some of the posters but seriously you're taking it to another level, half the stuff you're putting just seems a load of jibberish and is hard to keep up with and you're coming across as somebody a bit obsessed. Let it drop mate nobody really seems interested now anyway apart from the one or two that you are accusing of being linked to RSI.

    A few days ago filled up on line form.
    Yesterday received a phone call from Warren he is new guy we knew nothing about just a week ago he in charge of refunds from now on..... He said that Him (Warren) and Brian have got nothing in common not any more he (Warren) was a silent partner in bussines with Brian until recently when he learned how badly things went with refunds the last breached a contract and now being sued by Warren)
    According to Warren there are 16 people so far awaiting refund and he is working hard to raise the money...
    Warren is sound like genuine guy who has taken responsibility and hardship to clear the mess Brian left, when i asked why?.. he said it was his name on account we re all paid money into in Ulster Bank i check and yes he is right...
    I believe him... guy who reveils his personal detailes like phone and address sound genuine...
    He will update me with phone call next wendsday ill let you know.

    I got the same message from warren,Lets hope it works out for us.
    It sounds like warrens got a lot of work to do.

  • I haven't had any call back as yet, I am still waiting...seems like everyone else is getting somewhere now and I am still waiting :(

    I have been reading through all the posts on this form and can relate to pretty much most of it (apart from the refund!!!).

    I completed the new form prior to reading these posts and I too have indeed been contacted by Warren; advising that he is currently away with his work and will contact me tomorrow or monday. I hope I have correctly assumed from other contributors postings that he is genuine and a refund will ensue! I run a small business and have lost approximatley £5000 since december with various customers and suppliers going bust.... I really dont want this to be the straw that breaks the camels back!!!!:(
  • Hi all,Spoke to warren he says he hope to refund the 16 people he is deal with from the uk,he hope it will take abotu 14 days to refund everybody.:beer:
