Redstar imports Dublin beware !

I paid for an iPad by bacs back in November. The machine was not delivered despite promises. I applied for a refund in Dec and despite similar promises I still am waiting. They do not answer the phone and appear to answer emails at the close of play so you cannot follow up until the following day when a similar thing happens. They have taken my account details for refund twice. I checked forums on the web and feedback was mixed but the service has been appalling. I am now looking for a legal solution as they seem incapable of responding to polite requests. Does anybody have experience of this company? If so did your service follow a similar path. If you are thinking of using them I would think seriously as the service has been by far the worse I have ever experienced

Actually looking at a cached version of the page, you've fallen for a scam. They were just too cheap. £281 + VAT for an iPad ?0

I've been had too. I've logged it on Watchdog now. Suggest you all do the same, or we all come together to sort this out in court. That's £615 of hard money gone.0
