has anybody had any luck with refunds with order 09/and 10??
my order starts with 11 been emailing them since 2weeks but no reply

Did you not notice that NcHArdy had a refund? Her order started 09.

Their website says they are now processing '10' orders...

Order IDs starting with 10 are being refunded this week. We will contact customers with confimration.

well they did say they will be refunding order number 10/11 this week but now they tuk the order number 11 and they only dealing with order number 10 this week so why did they say lasweek on updates
(Refunds for all order IDS starting with 10 or 11 will be made the week starting 21st Feb 2011)

and now theyr saying (Order IDs starting with 10 are being refunded this week. We will contact customers with confimration) alittle confused

oh well well see what happens so what order number is urs then?

Hi Guys,
My order number starts 11 and I am still waiting, emailed x 2 to ask what's happening and have had no responses as yet. It would really help if they kept their word and responded. Also if they put the promised corresponance addess on line as they said they would in their first bit of online info regarding their demise.
I have emailed them to request this but suprisingly have had no response. I think due to this, the time has come to make further investigations. It just is'nt right, small family firm or not, when they don't do what they have said they will. Getting the money back would be great, but customer service would also be a decent gesture, especially under the circumstances.
Please if anyone does get info don't forget to post it asap for those of us still waiting

IV emailed them 2weeks back sent them over 10 emails no reply, they say allow 24/48 hours its load of crap its been 2weeks no reply theyr probly just want to drag this for longer

I ordered back on the 19th November and my order starts with a 10 - emailed earlier this week to find out about how to get them my bank details for the transfer and no response. Also emailed them twice the week before with no response.

If they are geniune (which I very much doubt) they're certainly pushing people to the very edge of sanity. Will see what happens by Friday but am not expecting much!

this is wat i mean theyr giving out dates like they meanit, i think theyr probly jus fooling us all if they were so honest a reply within 2weeks would have been nice but no- they jus dont care who emails them so far only 1 person says they had refund what about others i dont understand its just 1person

You don't understand why only one person has been refunded?

Get real.

Many others have probably been refunded, I have no idea how many. But it appears that only one knows about this thread on MSE and can be bothered to reply.

Hi Guys,
I think maybe pretty soon we all need to have a united front and set something up where we join together to try and get our money back. The promised 30 day deadline is now only a few days away, so I guess we need to begin to prepare for the worst and hope for the best!!! there are a few people now who have used the forum, maybe private messaging with emailaddresses and stratagy is the next constructive approach, let me know what you think
