  • I will be ready for the next move.
Im not sure what your next move would be if the company goes bankrupt with no money. Theres no point in sue-ing if the company cant pay!

There is very few companies that would actually do what red star are doing now, the could have just wound the company up and you would probably have ended up with nothing/very little back.

  • Wealdroam - you have a very similar writing style to Brian Harrison - including all the lines about 'abuse' not helping - even if that 'abuse' comes in the form of pointing out the potentially fraudulent nature of Red Star's behaviour. Personally, I'm at the end of my patience with thsi situation and will be getting back in touch with the Garda on monday.

    Who is Brian Harrison?
    What has he written?
    Is that a complement?

No. The abuse I was refering to was rather different to that. As you well know.

strange but my posts seem to have been removed because i said what most people think, and my posts dont seem to be on there own in being removed, so much for open forum, but never mind as long as you have do gooders telling everyone thats owe money to be calm down im with others on this site that would like to take action and try to get ther money back. lets see how long it takes someone ( not saying any names to get this removed ) there is no abuse as it as been called in this post but no dought someone will be replying telling me to just wait and see. lol

Well in Irish law there is a next move fortunately they take this kind of thing a little more seriously than England.
A few of use are now communicating privately which is the way to go my hope is that the money will be returned and we can all say a big thank you to redstar for doing the right thing which is what they say they are doing. I know I would be if I lived in Ireland and wanted to remain there. Not just for personal reasons but some of us have had hard earned money tied up with no product for around four months now that's a third of a year in real terms. My hope is that it gets sorted out for everyone without it harming either the clients who have paid or redstar who if they are genuine have lost there business. Neither is an enviable position to be in.

it might be me but seems 2 people on here are trying to get us all to wait and wait i wonder why, anyone esle agree or is it just me.and what i also find funny is why people keep saying what are you going to do, and do you know irish law, well i dont but im sure some of us that are owed money can soon work together and find out.
  • Here's an email I have received today - I have a 10-11 order :

    i

Thanks for your email, apologies for the slow response times this week. We have been busy securing funds from a third party investor in order to fulfil all refunds due, so we did have your best interests at heart.

Please keep an eye on our website, we are updating it all the time with new information. The next phase of refunds is going out on Monday. We are a bit behind, but its all due to what funds we have available on any given day. I’m please to say that we have now processed around 60% of all refunds due.

Thank you for your time an patience during this difficult time. Please allow 1-3 days for a reply to all emails.

    Regards

    Red Star Imports
