Update 15th March 2011
We are processing refunds at a steady rate, albeit not as fast as we had hoped but we are still here working with former customers towards a resolution. We have refunded many people in full, or have entered into payment agreements with others. During this month (March) we hope to have around 99% of all refunds settled.
If you are still waiting, we are aware of you and will be in touch if we have not been so already. Please note that any delays we experience are regrettably due to the current cash flow situation and we are not stalling or making people wait unnecessarily. We have indeed refunded many people (some evidence of this can be found online) and are committed to settling all refunds within the shortest time possible.
Note: St Patricks Day is on Thursday this week and most major businesses in Ireland close from Thursday to Monday next week. The banks will be closed on Thursday and this may have a slight delay on any funds we were waiting on this week. We will keep you posted.

Hi Guys,
I appreciate I have had 1/2 my Money returned, and from my point of view it appears RSI are doing what they can to get everyone refunded as soon as possible. But for those of you who have been paid don't forget that People Like Leshull and Maisey26 who have not yet received money still need our support.0 -

Firstly thanks to all the people who where posting in this forum, for those of us happy to observe it was a a good source of information on this situation.
Overnight I received my full £313 refund and I am posting here in order be as transparent as possible. I have 73 emails from Red Star, it took over 4 months, but now its over for me as well.
Brian is in a bad place at the moment, however he IS trying his best to refund us all and I beleive will do so in time. I have a friend of mine who also ordered from Red Star (on my recommendation...ouch!) and they have had a 50% refund like some others on here also, with the balance due over the next few weeks.
At first I didnt beleive he would process a single refund and I sent many a scathing email to Red Star, they/he could have just dissapeared like so many companies do. Then came the promises of refunds, only words, then I saw on this very forum that things were actually happening for people, again I waited and waited and yes he was telling the truth.
Im in business myself and these things can happen, as long as they remain in contact with you, I believe you all have nothing to worry about.0
