Please note - We are trying our very best to expedite all refunds, but are currently working with limited funds. We promise to refund everyone affected and hope to work with you in open dialog to resolve this situation.

    Regards

Well guys pretty annoyed the rest of my money is going to be yet another 3 weeks if it comes then. No evidence of todays 40% ish of what I am supposed to have today and that omited nearly £90 that Brian told me was being paid in his first email today having arrived at my bank yet. But not expecting it to show just yet, and I will let you know if and when.
  • Has anyone contacted the bank the money was paid into?

God Im very sorry to hear this matter is still dragging on for people, still!

My order ID was an 09ID (early nov) and I was included in the very first wave of refunds.

Like most of you I was convinced Id been scammed, I contacted the police (uncle is a cop), my bank, their bank and my local CAB office.
Has anyone contacted the bank the money was paid into?

I tried that, but was told they just simply pass on any correspondence to their customer etc.. blah blah

If RSI are still working behind the scenes to get funds for refunds, then Im sure you all will be sorted. Im sure if Brian wanted to rip us all off he would have done so and vanished.

I got my refund, so Im hoping EVERYONE gets theirs in due course. Life is hard enough without dealing with things like this!

    Hi all

Very happy today, as my refund has arrived in my account. Can I be one of the first to thank Brian for being true to his word - he told the truth. For me, the sorry tale is over - I hope the same happens to others on here.

As I promised Brian, here is a link to a screenshot of my bank statement with the 330.30 clearly stated.

    Best wishes

I have included a couple of previous transactions with the amount xxx so you can see that it is authentic. BEST OF LUCK EVERYONE. (If anyone wants better evidence than this let me know and i'll email you what you want).

Good on you Brian, it must be hard to take all this sxxx on this forum and Im glad you are keeping your word to others as you did me.

You must understand why we were all so mad (some still are) but I hope the tide is turning for you and I wish you every success.

As my mother used to say - ' you cant take knickers off a bare !!!!' :money:and Im sure when you have the money you will refund others. We have to remember here that this business has went UNDER, closed and I cant imagine how hard it is to raise the cash.

Congratulations to all who were refunded today, and to those still waiting, Im sure it will happen for you also

    God bless all. :A

Seems odd that your not willing to take a split payment?

Id rather have half of what Im owed now and the rest later, than nothing.
