I've been waiting since December 4th.

I have 87 emails in my 'redstarimports' folder.

I asked for a refund on Jan 4th, was told that it would be processed when the payment office opened on 7th Jan. The 27th came and went and I received an email saying that Kelly had left but my order was being dispatched, I then had to go through all the hassle of explaining to the new girl that I wanted a refund, leave it with me she said and i will sort it out. Few days later she had left too!! Then the site updated that it had ceased trading and I have had no reply to any of my emails since.

I summise that everyone is being strung along the same way I was and that no refunds will be processed on Monday as promised by Brian. if i am wrong I will hold my hands up but the question I ask is that you all asked for refunds when the company went bust on Feb 8th. I started my saga on Jan 4th, surely I would have been in the first batch of refunds to be processed??

Secondly, does anyone have anything other than a 1011 order number?? Anyone???

GUYS I THINK brain has done us all, i like to say is when we all payed money in to their account money should have stayed ther and all they had to do was reverse money back to those who have paid in to their account, so haow can they redstar say we are waiting for funds to arrive, what happen to our money, wher did they use it that they are waiting for funds to arrive,its all rubbish if this company had goods in stock why didnt they send them out, its all lies there was no stock from day1.

anybody can register on this site and prentend to be normal person and post few talk about redstar and join in with us and 2week later he or she will say ANOTHER REFUND GONE THROUGH and just to sweeten us all they add extra topping by saying REDSTAR YOU ARE GRT8, THNKU FOR STICKING WITH UR WORDS ect ect ect and what happens when we all readit we all calm down thinking our turn would be next. AND THATS WHAT BRIAN WANTS TYM FOR HIM SELF SO HE CAN DO1.

ppl question on hae saying why are they still hea what i think is this, MR BIG MAN BRIAN HE WILL BE READING THESE POST HE COULD BE PLANNING HIS NEW FUTURE ELS WHER THATS WHY HE COULD BE IN HEAR WITH DIFFRENT NAME, AND WHAT HES DOING IS CALMING US ALL DWN WHILE HE MAKE HIS LONG JOUNEY ELS WHER, and later what happens websites vanished and so is brian.

If redstar have been realy busted all they had to do was return back stock and refund all, by now evrey body should have ha dtheir refund infact all this should have lasted 14days max.

when 30days are over what they say now is ohh we ran out of funds evrey thing is planned by them these ppl have planned this very carefuly in advance which nobody will understand. and if they are real and tru ppl HANDS UP ILL WRITE TO BRIAN MY SELF AND SAY SORRY.

Anybody here dont like my posts then it looks like you are here for fun, cus real ppl would agree to evrey thing cus its upsetting.

anway ppl im still waiting for more updtes from ireland once i have them i will update you guys again.

salacious crumb - my gut feeling is, and it's quite possibly wrong. I think you are actually Redstar Imports and I'm expecting you to say you have got a refund on Monday.

If they're 'busted, surely that means they have no money, doesn't it?

How can they pay people back before the can get more funds?

Thanks for that Dan, but I'm afraid you are wrong. If you honestly think I had the time to make up the email exchange I had with him, then you must be bonkers. I'm a deputy head in a school - I have lost £330.30 - and I am as p*ssed off as everyone else on here.

Hi Guys,
It will be great if the money comes back in as promised Monday, but that shouldnt mean we stop taking action mines been in a while now, you just loose valuable days if he does'nt pay back. Easier to stop action when the money is paid back if it is than to have wasted a couple of weeks to start the process
