Just to answer this quote- no postcode for Dublin. Why? because postcodes don't exist for anywhere in the Irish Republic!
3) There was no postcode on to the address at the bottom of the page , i believe the address was something like 314-316 james street, Dublin.....why no postcode
Hope you all manage to get your money back, however if the company has gone into liquidation presumably (as in UK) everyone including suppliers and tax man gets what they are owed before the unlucky customers. Something similar happened to me many years ago and I'm afraid I had to put it down to experience. The company I dealt with then was a reputable one......just folded and then started up with a new name!
Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

Hi everyone,
I'm joining this a little late, but I too have lost out to Red Star to the tune of £330.
The online form is not letting me submit my details due to a "storage capacity has been reached" error.
Does anybody know of another way I can get in touch with Warren?
Cheers
