I would start searching rather sooner than later cos people were waiting too long for their hard earned money and might (as they always do )start jumping the gun... Credit history of borrower should be clean too (we know its not the case here, cos bank said no) so Higher risk for lender means higher intrest for borrower, so there a few more obsticles now.
If we can help to Warren a little a bit lets think what can be done?

Has anyone had there account refunded yet? Warren told me he had the finance in place now and the money would be in my account by the end of the week!! Nothing as yet!!

Has anyone received a refund yet? I have been told today that WG circumstances have changed and he may now only be able to pay us in installments.

Im owed £389 and have got £190 back so far from Warren, in small payments. I always told him I didn't want to wait for his finance etc and would prefer small regular payments and thats what I've been getting over the last couple of weeks. The guy seems to be getting it from all angles as of late, so as long as he maintains his payments to me I more than willing to work with him. My advice, agree a plan with him and all should work out. Seems he has been saddled with this debt and is trying his best to work things out.

Hi again I was the one that posted I've received an email yesterday from Warren saying his circumstances had changed again but was willing to pay me back in small amounts but the post have been removed??
I'll post again when and if I receive anything!

hi all just to let you know warren has made a payment to me, it wasn't the full amount i am owed but still its a step in the right direction

Still NO payments and no response to last three emails sent this has been a year now and im really tired of it
i know warrens in a lot of debt now but why say hel pay in instalments then boom you dont hear from him
every time im told il get MY money something else seems to crop up
My 14ye old daughter done without last xmas and it looks like she wont even get it this xmas im not very happy at all
