Hi,

As a representative of a company you must obtain MSE permission before posting here. I'll quote the relevant part of the Forum Rules below...

Forum_Team wrote:

forum_faqs_small_bubble.gifHow do I get a right of reply on what's been said about my company?

If you're from a company, have seen a post you feel is defamatory or offensive and would like the right of reply please email the Forum Team at forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com to ask.

A member of the MSE Team will carry out checks to confirm that you are authorised to represent the company in question.

Provided you have authority to represent your company, you may either be asked to give a statement, which one of the MSE Team will post on your behalf in reply, or be given permission to post directly on the specific thread.

Where permission has been given for you to post directly on a thread, a note from the MSE Team will appear on the thread confirming this.

If someone has posted claiming to be from a company but this has not been followed by a MSE Team note confirming authorisation please use the warning triangle in the bottom right of the post to report it, or email the link to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.

There is one, single exception to this rule. If you're from a company and have a discount code you'd like to offer MoneySavers this rule is waived in the Great Want to Offer MoneySavers a Discount? Hunt. You can post your discount once only, on that thread but nowhere else on the forum and shouldn't post about your company anywhere else on the forum.

I've had the same message too!! What does everyone feel about it? Seems like RSI and Brian all over again!
• ...same email here.

On first reading I felt like it was, yet again, another lie in this ongoing saga...based on the 40 or so emails about; pregnancy, single items courier going bust, snow, christmas, burst pipes, huge backlog, new transport partner, systems not updating, etc....etc...etc...

BUT, with hindsight, at least I have actually spoken with Warren and can empathise with the guy in this situ and it wouldn't be right to doubt him considerng his efforts to date

One thing I would say is that, I have applied for loans in my time for various things but as far as the bank was concerned it has always been for 'a new car' or 'home improvements'... but I suppose all situations are different! Nevertheless I trust he is doing what he can with what resources he has, hopefully his credit will match up to his resolve and be able to settle those of us still awaiting payment

I Dont think its RSI & Brian all over again,Warren has emailed everybody with the news,RSI i had to chase for a reply to emails.

I think people jumped the gun by sending letter to warens bank looking for a refund instead of giving him time.

Warren now needs to apply for other credit to repay us all.
I would say its going to take about another 10 days for more info from warren.

hi this is the first time i have posted on here but have been keeping a close eye on the discussions, i was wondering if any body has taken legal action against warren, i only say this as he keeps mentioning ''take me to the small claims court''
Also why would you try to take out a loan against your home when he has a buisness surely you could secure money against that?
forgot to mention he owes me £616.66

He owe's about £10.000.00 to us,there are about 16 of us.
• hi all i spoke to warren yesterday and he has told me he is trying every option available in order to get the finances as his loan was declined because of people informing the bank of the whole situation. He assures me that he will pay us back whether it takes up to a year. He contacted me as I sent e-mails to him and after what i wrote on here.
