Sorry for the duplicated post, I posted this first on (can't post a link as a newbie) - 'Online Purchase Refund Problem' - and then found this thread
________________________________________
Almost similar problems to those above, but a specific question not yet covered:-
I have received goods 'not as advertised'
I am in the process of being ignored, fobbed off and fibbed to, and I'm approaching the 28 day return policy date.
1. Would this 28 day policy roll on while I am in dispute?
Having read all the complaints above, I am unwilling to return the goods to a company that appears to be out of business.
2. It is reasonable (and possible) to instigate the credit card chargeback process when I still have the ('not as advertised') goods?
Thanks in advance
My dispute now appears to be with Globe Jewellery0 -
My dispute now appears to be with Globe Jewellery.
There was a post on here yesterday made by Globe Jewellery, stating although they are offering some items of jewellery that appear the same as those that Nuttalls were offering, they are a completely different company - having purchased part of Nuttalls franchise last year. They went on to advise that while at the present time, Globe Jewellery are trading from a similar address to that of Nuttalls. that situation will change at some point in the future. It is also correct to say that the registered addresses of these 2 companies are entirely different.[TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM].
The only suggestion I can make to you if you need more advice is that you contact the administrators handling the liquidation of Nuttalls and you will find the contact information for this on my previous post number 103.

Ann, thanks for your reply.
I can assure you that my order was placed with Nuttalls but my automated confirmation e mail and subsequent correspondance is with Globe Jewellerey. At the very least, GJ have taken on Nuttalls order book. Conspiracy theorists would assume that they operate from the same building. That doesn't concern me right now, all I want is the ring I paid for, as advertised.
I am dealing with them in good faith, and Globe Jewellery are reading this thread, probably, as I got an e mail shortly after posting above.
More from me later, no doubt.0 -
Hi Simon and thanks for the clarification regarding GJ - had no idea you'd previously received emails from them.
Please keep us informed as to how things pan out for you.

Hi Folks
Regarding the perceived connection with Globe Jewellery, please see the new comment in post 1 > HERE <
