morning all.. back to work.. :-(

great news about your OH kavics. i hope he is better and you are too.

spent the weekend being tired and couldnt sleep very well. keep having weird dreams. this morning on the way to work, was getting worried, because when i last had a miscarriage, i kept dreaming about my sister who is no longer in this world. i keep dreaming about her so regularly now too. am being silly i know, but before she passed away, our relationshop deteriorated as she got very angry at me for having a life she couldnt have so her feelings towards me changed our relationship. i hope she means well in my dreams.

Rups weird dreams are totally normal in pregnancy. It's nothing to worry about. I've had dreams about loads of weird things. You can't compare pregnancies. No 2 pregnancies are the same, anyone will tell you that. Things differ. Stay positive.

my dream was so weird though. i had gone for a scan and the doctor had the scan thing in my mouth instead of down there. yuck. i was struggling to breathe and kept telling him to hurry and he kept trying to explaint to me why i didnt have twins and the fertilization process in detail, so i stopped him and said iknow i dont have twins and how is my baby doing? then he said your baby boy is fine. he made me suffer. lol. that was so horrible though. then i met up with my late sister for shopping etc etc.. weird weird. lol

I've had dreams I gave birth and went to breast feed the baby and it had my MIL's face. She passed away the day we found out I was pregnant. It's completely normal when you are bringing a new life into the world to dream and think about those who are no longer with us.

yes dreams can be nice and some so weird. you are right. its normal to think about people not around, even subconsiously. :0) well i jusr rang the GP to ask about the midwife apointment and she says they are so busy that they are even on back-log. so more waiting for me,

Are you going through Mayday? You can self refer if so - if you google Croydon University Hospital antenatal services, there's a number you call for self referral.

I changed hospitals a couple of weeks ago, and got a call almost immediately from Croydon asking me to come in for a MW appt - on a Saturday! I was most impressed, and the MW I saw was really nice.

I'm 12 weeks today, so everything's banking on Thursday, which is when my scan is. We're both bricking it, to be honest. On the up side, as of yesterday I seem to have started feeling normal again. I know this is the usual time to feel normal - but of course I'm panicking that everything has gone wrong again. Ugh.
