I have mild psoriasis, last time my skin completely cleared up and looked great, this time my skin is worse and has spread to my face and neck.
It was one of the reasons we thought it was a girl because my skin was so different (and we were right)

My skin is really oily and I have even more spots than normal!
Doesn't help that I don't have enough "spoons" to do alot of things in one day (for those who have no idea what I'm talking about. The Spoons theory is a common thing amongst those with chronic illnesses. It's about only having so many "spoons" each day and each little thing is one spoon i.e. getting out of bed, having a drink, walking or hobbling in my case!). Sometimes you have to choose how to use your spoons e.g. if you want to go out, then you might have to sacrifice brushing your teeth or washing your face because you can't go out and do those things. Fluffnutter, I am exactly the same. Rups, I wouldn't be too worried but would steer clear of non-cotton undies and watch out for cleaning the area with any scented toiletries etc...0

Thanks savage. i have been using bodyshop body washes down there, so i better be careful. i wear cotton undies all the time as they are so comfy.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Foo-foos don't need any soap or cleanser or wipes or anything like that. Around the outer ladygarden sure, but your vag itself is self-cleaning. Aren't us girls amazing?"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Yup yup, nothing internally. I tend to use baby wash on the ladybits, it's pH neutral and designed not to cause any problems on sensitive skin.0
