Me too - I desperately need to get mine threaded and totally can't be bothered. It's only a 10 minute walk on my lunchbreak as well. To be honest, I feel so grim most of the time, I can't face being in pain as well.

i know. i feel the same. mine is nearer home and i canget the tram quickly to go there and threading only costs 3 pounds! dont know why i just cant go that way and end up going home. I hate looking at the dishes in the sink as well. i just dont want to do anything. :-( i have asked Dh to have an early night with me today, as he stays up so late watching tv and iam down there with him, normally asleep on the sofa. then when we go back upstairs after midnight, i can never sleep. i know we are supposed to have early nights, but i just dont. :( i will try and shave my legs tonight. groan. lol

Rups - I'm the same but I've always struggled with self-care things because of the M.E. At the moment I'm really struggling with showering despite my bath board as I just don't have the energy. Plus, my mental health isn't the best at the moment so I don't have the motivation either. :(

    Pizza for dinner tonight. :)

I also have a thing for bread and butter at the moment! The most simplest of foods.:rotfl:

thanks for your wishes guys, he basicaly has a infection and becasue he has no platlets or whiteblood cells it makes things 10times worse. they did call an ambulance but because he as not classed as urgent:mad:then it could of been up to 4 hours for them to arrive. They came after 2 1/2 hours, he went straight to his own ward (which is thankfull) and given intravenious antibiotics (sorry can never spell that!) he has been responded to it, appartently he woke up during the night wondering why he is in hospital (doesn't remember going in or being ill) so that will be us up and down to the hospital till he gets home and then when we do, trying to get him up the stairs (they live in an upstairs flat and because of the lukemia is very weak) had a bit of rant at OH at lunch time becasue of the situation and how we (as a family) have to take our heads out of the sand realise that major changes are going have to happen... sorry for the long post! Had craving for eggs and bacon again so went and had a roll at my break time:D, got home to a letter with a date for my first scan:T

you know anmarj, it took me a while to realise what was going on with my sis. she kept saying she was going to die, but i always left it to the fact that she was never positive, and was in denial. :( it was horrible when it just happened.

    how is everyone feeling today?

i wanted to go back home halfway through my jounrney into work. i feel so battered, and tired. i want to sit and cry at my desk today and my belly is feeling weird, pains etc. :-( i get no seat during my commute and i am just exhausted. i am still thinking about going hme, but the time and effort it will take me, is just making me more tired.

    also is having discharge normal?

Rups increases in discharge is completely normal - it increases over the pregnancy too. The only time to worry is if it becomes itchy or smelly, as this can indicate thrush, which pregnant women are prone to. I know some people use pantyliners due to the discharge increase too. Hugs for the tiredness.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Thanks sexymouse. i use panty liners too. i know this is a bit graphic, but i have noticed a different 'smell' down there nowadays and was wondering whether should get it checked out, or is it my body changing and due to that the smell has changed. its not pleasant. last night i was like what the hell? if i need to get it checked out, do i head straight to the epu clinic or the GP? with my GP, it takes ages to get a bloody appointment and it would prob be with the nurse right? i am not itchy down there though.. my skin in general is getting very dry though.
