I just take 5mg of folic acid rather than the 400µg and once i get to 13 weeks she told me to go on to a pregnancy vitamin x

Hello ladies :wave:

Lovely to catch up on all of your news, and glad to hear most of you are feeling okish at the minute.

I'm 11+1 today and am really starting to show now. I have my 12 week scan on wed (hurrah!) morning when I'll be 11±6 so plan to tell everyone at work on wed afternoon and the rest of our friends and family on wed night. Just so can't wait to be able to tell people about it now, so my lips are still sealed for a few more days :silenced:

I do think people at work must already know im pregnant as it is pretty obvious but i think they are being too polite to say anything.

OH works in a phone shop and seems to not be able to keep his mouth shut at all. He tells EVERY customer he serves as he is just so excited, and comes home with tips for me on best baby buys, and how to get rid of morning sickness. Honestly he has probably told hundreds of people before some of my own family know, but I know its just excitement so I can't get too cross :cheesy:

are you having scan at h'gate hun? can't believe we could be in hospital having babies at the same time lol xx

I have had so many problems with my midwife its untrue, i wish i could just be seen at h'gate instead. My scan next week was cancelled, although nobody told me, then my scan which is supposed to be at 22 weeks as i need to see consultant is booked for 17 weeks!!! Cue lots of tears from me and i couldn't get hold of the mw to sort things out so ended up ringing h'gate instead and am now having scan next week again but in Ripon and my scan at 21 weeks instead as 22 weeks is the jubilee x

Do any of you keep a pregnancy journal? I really want to have one but not sure which one to buy. If yes, would you pls recommend me one? Thank you.

I'm having acupuncture this morning, than off shopping with my brother. Won't overdo it though:). i had to tidy up the flat and hide everything pregnancy related as he doesn't know about it yet.

hi everyone,

lovely lovely day down here, hoping to drag oh down to the beach for some walking later.

i thought about a journal kavics as well, think i might just buy a nice writing book and i can just add and write in it when needed, plus it fulfills my need for stationary, think im addicted!

I havent seen any just for pregnancy though would be good to hear if anyone has one .

right off to make most of the day, :T

You're not the only ones

Cherrydrop, I totally understand how you feel. From what you said you could have been describing me Feel like Thursday can't come quick enough so I can go for my scan. I have so much anxiety about everything not being ok, it's ridiculous. I wish feel could feel calmer, and allow myself to feel excited, but I'm just finding it so hard.
