Thanks snowbean - I think I will. Hope you get your scan date through soon - it may be worth calling your midwife to chase it up, as it seemed to speed things up for me when I did.

30_something I believe that the nuchal fold test can be done up to 14 weeks, so hopefully you'll get your scan date sooner than that. ETA just looked on babycentre and it says 13 + 6 on there.

Thanks, yeah I think if nothing comes in the next couple of days I might give them a ring.

30s your dates seem fine, booking in tends to be between 10-12 weeks in our area although in my previous pregnancy it was 12-14 weeks. As long as you have the scan before 13+6 then they can do the nuchal folds test.

ikkle I should be 12 weeks tomorrow when I have my scan, going by the dates on my early scan.

Feeling a bit better this evening - didn't bother to get dressed all day - cat came in and came to bed with me, Moon came home at lunch time and made me a sandwich and something to drink, and I slept for most of the afternoon. Just had dinnner (jacket potato and baked beans, followed by some ice cream), and I'm going to chill for the rest of the evening. There's nothing on TV, so I may use it as a time to catch up on some of the books I've had by my bed for months and haven't got into.

Thanks ladies. It's at 11.15am, so not sure what time I'll be home to post about it - depends how long I have to wait in the plebotomy section afterwards I suppose. Will post as soon as I can though. xx

ah good luck for tomorrow then hun I'm exactly a week behind you I went back to bed for a nap as we went to scatter mil's ashes today and walked for miles to find the right spot. Bless your OH for making you a sarnie, my oh offered me a pack of crisps or a cookie lol x

I have Moon fairly well-trained - I had a bag of crisps before he got home, and he knew that it was in his best interest to feed me properly so that I'm not sick again, and it stops me from moaning about feeling sick then too.
